There are various academic avenues between Oklahoma and the UK. Please don't consider these details as anything more than a starting point. You will

The University of Oklahoma (OU)
The University of Oklahoma has a meteorology exchange program with the
University of Reading. For more details see here.
The University of Glasgow's Andrew Hook Center offers a fully funded
semester long program at OU for students enrolled in M.Phil. in American Studies.
OU is also one of several US universities partnered in exchange programs with
Middlesex University. For a full list of participants

Oklahoma State University (OSU)
OSU (Stillwater) is one of 29 US universities in student exchange
programs with the University of Keele.
